No pain – just<br />a bit adjustment – at first. Several colonics later – and I<br />know I needed her experience to take the next step.<br />Chew food real well, eat healthy, exercise – sure all of us seem<br />to know this. Yet, who will take care of me if I keep unbalancing my<br />body – as I have for years. I deserve to be in good health. I can<br />take control of my eating habits.
