Colonics Are Like Fishing

I often tell my clients that my job, as a colonic therapist, is similar to a fisherman’s. Administering a colonic to each person is like fishing in a unique pond. You never know what you’re gonna catch! You don’t really know what the body will release at any given colonic session. It really is a fascinating process, but you could say that it’s a bit like a crap game. Pun intended!
Some people eliminate waste from the colon easily, while others experience mild discomfort, usually due to trapped gas. At Oasis Colonics, the therapist is with you at all times working with you as a team in order to set the stage for maximum results. Some people experience a strong flow of waste, while others discover that an excess of gas can interfere with that flow. Some people eliminate large quantities of old fecal material during their first session, while others find that multiple colonics work together to hydrate, soften and release old matter over a period of weeks. Some individuals benefit by scheduling their appointments closer together, while others need more time between sessions to allow cleansing fibers and herbs to assist in the process.
The treatment is always the same – it’s the body that differs. Colonics are a valuable tool that can be used to discover strengths and weaknesses in the bowel. Your colonic experience is directly related to the state of your digestion. At Oasis Colonics you can discover for yourself how your diet and stress level effects your elimination. Together, we discuss your individual colon cleansing needs and inclinations.
