Therapy Prep

Here are a few tips to make the most of your session.

DAY BEFORE THERAPY

  • Drink fresh juice derived from a combination of fruits and vegetables, such as apple-carrot. x]
  • Fruit or green vegetable-based smoothies
  • Herbal teas
  • Vegetables, raw or slightly steamed
  • Salmon/white fish
  • Plenty of water!

AVOID THE FOLLOWING

  • Alcohol beverages
  • Caffeinated drinks
  • Dairy
  • Meat/chicken
  • Refined and processed foods (white flour, bread products, sugar, pasta, white rice

Note these are general suggestions. Just listen to what your body requires before your therapy session.
