Therapy Prep
Here are a few tips to make the most of your session.
DAY BEFORE THERAPY
- Drink fresh juice derived from a combination of fruits and vegetables, such as apple-carrot. x]
- Fruit or green vegetable-based smoothies
- Herbal teas
- Vegetables, raw or slightly steamed
- Salmon/white fish
- Plenty of water!
AVOID THE FOLLOWING
- Alcohol beverages
- Caffeinated drinks
- Dairy
- Meat/chicken
- Refined and processed foods (white flour, bread products, sugar, pasta, white rice
Note these are general suggestions. Just listen to what your body requires before your therapy session.
